The MoDeisgn surveillance scripts are probably one of the mostpowerful spy scripts available. At the same time, its the only script,that allows to report chat of all people in proximity of your sub,without breaking Linden ToS. So, if you want to spy legally, there isno other way. :)
== General ==
All features are described from the perspective of the Dominant.You can operate the script with an detailed scripted dialog.The dialog buttons usually toggle the settings applied.
This tool will only work for Dominants, that the sub did submit to.(see MoLock). It will not work for Keyholders or SecondOwners.However, SecondOwners will be able to unlock the tool, so it can be detached. If you detach the item, surveillance stops immediately.
The Script set of this version can be installed to other MoDesignproducts, but it is not recommended, to use it with other products that control sending of IM. The RLV commands of both scripts mightinterfere.
== Trace ==
Trace your sub:
- report login (and last known online time and location)
- report teleports (destination and last known location before the teleport)
- in periodic intervals
Get detailed reports of the exact location, including:- sim name- exact position- parcel name- link to open at SL map or the map at the SecondLife web pages
== Proximity ==
Trace the proximity of your sub
- in periodic intervals
- any time you get a trace message
Get detailed reports about
- display name of people in proximitiy
- login name
- link to their profile
== Chat Log ==
Specify:- only log chat of the sub- log chat of the sub and of people in proximity
== IM reroute ==
Force your sub to use the surveillance tool to send IMs.That way, you can log the IM message sent by the sub.IM replies of other people are still safe.
The sub needs to use a chat command on channel /9, to send IMs:/9 :
Example: /9 Mo Noel: Hello
-> this will send "Hello" to Mo Noel.
Example: /9 Mo Noel: Hello
-> this will send "Hello" to Mo Noel.
Mo Noel will also get a link to reply with a regular IM message.
It is convenient to create a gesture-replacement for often used IM partners.
Like:Gesture: /moReplace with: /9 Mo Noel:
This will allow you to just say:/mo Helloinstead of/9 Mo Noel: Hello
== Camera Stream ==
When active, the camera of the Dominant copies the exact same position and angle from the subs camera. That way the Dominant willexactly see, what the sub sees.
Requirements:- you need to be in the same sim- the Dominant needs to wear a MoDesign remote (update it)- your computer needs to be powerful enough, concerning the draw distance.
== Reports by IM ==
Decide if you want to get reports while online only, while offline only or any time. Make sure, you set up your account so that offline-IMs will get routed to your email.
Trace and proximity messages will not get reported by IM, while you are offline. Use reports by email instead.
Chat reports will not be sent by IM, if you are close to your sub. This is to prevent you from getting all messages twice.
== Reports by Email ==
Decide if you want all trace and proximity reports send to your email address. All reports will contain the proper links for locations and profiles, for offline access.
== Range ==
Decide a range for the chat listener and the proximity scanner. Valid ranges are 5 meter, 10 meter, 15 meter and 20 meter.
== Interval ==
Set the interval for periodic reports. You can use different report intervals for times you are online and times you are offline.
== Transparency ==
There are 3 levels of transparency settings.
- all people can check what surveillance settings are active, even the sub can.
- only the Dominant can see what settings are applied
- bystanders will not be asked about their agreement to log their chat. *)

This means, login chat is OK, if all participants give their consent..
Consent by the sub is assumed as given, by wearing the item with the scripts. The sub gets a message on every attach about it and gets ask to remove the item if no consent is given.
To log chat of other people, the MoDesign surveillance scripts ask these people about their consent. If they agree, they get added to an Opt-In list and their chat gets reported. If they do not agree, they get on a Opt-Out list, and their chat gets not reported.
The list will always contain the last 100 people that chatted in proximity of the sub. The Dominat will be able to check the list and to delete the entries.
If you use Transparency level 3, the tool will not ask bystanders about their consent. This can be used to make chat less disturbing, however, you have to make sure, that these people will know that their chat is remotely transmitted and that they have given their consent. (e.g. you might be able to do that with sim rules, visitors have to accept)
