Q: I cannot 'wear' attachments any more
Yes, from the moment you wear one locked attachment, the 'wear' context menu is disabled. This is a limitation due to the way SL handles attachments.
You need to use "Attach To..." and select the matching attachment point.
But help is near:
The RLv will search the item-name for attachment point names and offer the wear button again to attach the item to the first matching point found.
Thus you can help yourself by renaming your attachment and add the name of the attachment point you use to its name.
This might lead to mismatches though, for a item named "Top-Skirt" will be attached to the HUD at the top position. So, take care.

Q: What happens if I use RLv options in different attachments?
Well, always the most restrictive opptions apply.
What happens if I use different RLv scripts in one attachment?
Well, most probably you get strange effects when the scripts interfere.
It is not recommended to use RLv scripts that are not made to work together in the same attachment.
Q: I Installed the viewer but it does not work
Most probably you are using Microsoft Windows and
A) Did something wrong with the installation
Follow the installation instructions that come with your download
or
B) Did not start the Restrained Life viewer but the regular viewer
Please check that you really launch the Restrained Live viewer.
Q: What is the difference between RLv compatible and RLv required
RLv compatible means the RLv is supported when installed and the RLv restrictions are used as they fit to enhance the tool.
RLv required means that the tool only has the desired effect or any effect at all when the RLv is used. It might also spam the classic viewer with RLv commands.
Q: Must a Dominant run the viewer?
No, Dominants don't need to use the Restrained Life viewer.
Only the sub needs to use it.
Q: What is a RLv Relay? Why need I to wear one?
For security reasons only objects you own - und usually wear as attachment - are allowed to communicate with your viewer.
When you use a cage or BDSM furniture and that cage or furniture wants to apply RLv restrictions (e.g. prevent you from TP out of the cage) it needs a relay you wear to do that.
There is a standard Relay defined. So, furniture and relays that follow that standard are compatibel. This should prevent that you need to change relays all the time.
