FAQ: MoDesign Remote Troubleshooting

Q: What products are compatible with global access
A: All MoDesign products are compatible, that:
- use MoPlugin Controller v3.00 or higher
- all Plugins v2.00 or higher

- some products might not give access to MoLock, most will
If your product is not yet compatible, you may try to update your product to have it compatible.

Q: The Remote stopped working
A: "Stopped working" means, it does not do anything any more, not react to touch events, and so on. 
Maybe the script encountered a stack/heap collision error:
- log in with non RLV viewer or viewer in non RLV mode
- edit the remote

- use "Reset Scripts" from the Build menu of the viewer
The remote should work again


Q: Every time I TP or change region, I get the message "Connected to MoDesign Network"
A: The new remote allows grid wide access. For grid wide communication, the MoDesign Network is used. The MoDesign Network allows super fast grid wide control.


Q: I got the Message "Network Error"
A: Something went wrong when the remote tried to access an other remote via the MoDesign Network. Reasons could be that you have linked to an other person that is not wearing a remote. Please make sure not to link to persons that don't have a MoDesign Remote HUD or MoDesign Collar HUD.

To unlink: 
- wait until the other person is offline
- open your remote
- the name now shows with a -
- klick the name with the -
